How reply codes work (and why there's no login)
Hosted RSVP services keep your guest list on their servers and usually ask every guest to fill in a form tied to your account. That's fine for a big wedding website, but it's overkill for a birthday, and it means your guests' names and phone numbers sit in someone else's database.
Here, the QR code on your invitation holds a link with just the event name, date, venue and the email or number replies should go to. The guest's phone opens the reply page, they choose yes, no or maybe, the number coming and any dietary needs, and their phone composes a text or email to you containing a short code. That code is the reply, packed into letters and numbers. Paste it here and the tracker decodes it. Nothing passes through our server at any point.

Is this RSVP tracker free?
Yes, with no limit on guests and no account. It runs in your browser.
Where is my guest list stored?
In your browser's local storage on this device. It isn't uploaded anywhere. Export a CSV to back it up or move it to another device, and use the privacy page to clear it.
Do my guests need an app or account to reply?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link, tick their answer, and send you a text or email from their own phone.
Can I track meal choices and dietary needs?
Guests can type dietary needs on the reply page; they appear in the Notes column. You can also type notes for any guest yourself.
