What goes on a wedding invitation
In order: who is hosting (traditionally the bride's parents, today often the couple or “together with their families”), the request line, the couple's names, the date and time, the venue and city, the reception line, and the RSVP details. The templates follow this order so you only replace the sample text.
Formal wording spells out the date and time (“Saturday, the twelfth of June, two thousand twenty-seven, at four o'clock”); the templates print the date in words-and-numerals style, which reads well for everything short of black tie. For fully formal copy see our wedding wording examples.
Printing your wedding invitations
Download the PNG at 1500×2100 px (5×7 in at 300 dpi) and upload it to any print shop, or print at home on 250–300 gsm card. Pair it with an A7 envelope (5¼×7¼ in). If you plan to add a response card, a 3½×5 in card in an A1 envelope is the standard companion.

How far in advance should wedding invitations go out?
